How to hot dip galvanized for seamless steel pipes?

Normally, we will import black seamless steel pipe, and will dip galvanized according to customers’ requirements. Since most seamless pipes are used without hot dip galvanized, however, in special environments, galvanized plating will be required to ensure the safety and longevity of the piping system.
Seamless steel pipe will be bleached of the outer surface layers and cleaning the pipe before hot dip by sand blasting, acid soaking … then put into hot dip galvanizing tank. Therefore, the quality of plating layer is always controlled and guaranteed.
